PERSONAL TRAINING


We believe that person training is meant to be personal. At Rise you will work privately one-on-one with our coaches to identify, create, reach, and maintain your custom health and personalized lifestyle goals.  We can assist you in a variety of fitness goals from rehabbing injuries to hitting weight-loss goals.  From your initial free consultation onward you will receive our commitment to you and your vision as you Rise to be your best self!

GROUP CLASSES

SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING


Are you more comfortable in smaller group fitness setting of 2-5 people? (Do you want group fitness with with a more personal apporach?) In our semi-personal training sessions you will work with your coach and a small team of peers who are working towards similiar goals as you. Through building community and friendship you will find a level of accountability through high-fives, hard-work, and accomplishment. This is the perfect way to train if you work better in a team setting.


Do you get pumped up in a room full of people pushing themselves along side you? Do you want a little more competition in your life? Do you feel like you need to take your workouts to the next level? Our group fitness classes are built around giving you the space to reach your full potential while being surrounded by people who are motivated by succeeding with you. Wither you are a long-time athlete or a first-timer we scale our group classed to your fitness level. We believe that there is no one-size fits all in health.

YOGA

Even the most veteran athletes need time to recover. Our Yoga class is based in the tradition of relaxing and revitalizing yoga. Slow down and get in touch with your movement and flow in this 1 hr revitalizing  flow. Find calm through a series of movements to open your body to health and healing.


SWEAT

Do you need to take it up a notch? Our Sweat classes are about building cardio, endurance, and pushing yourself.  Find your power in this varying high intensity movement class.
This is a great class for seasoned athletes and even better for beginners who need scaled workouts to reach your goals.

LAURIE

Laurie has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She has seen and tried a million different fitness trends along the years. She has found that it always comes back to the same to things. Learn how to move your own body and do it frequently and eat real food. That's it. She finds people tend to over complicate things. It's not that hard. You just have to do it and THAT is the hard part. Laurie enjoys working with people who are in it for the long haul. With that long haul she loves watching people achieve not only their strength and fitness goals but watching their confidence and increase and surprising themselves in finding out what they are capable of.

NICOLE

Nicole is a nationally ranked Olympic Weightlifter and avid CrossFitter of 5 years. She has been a competitor and athlete most of her life beginning with equestrian show jumping and now the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Her deep passion for fitness and helping people is what drives her. Nicole has been a part of the CrossFit. She is excited to be a part of RISE and help them reach their goals

TOBIAS

Meet Tobias—lover of life. Whether he’s helping people achieve their health/fitness/wellness goals or training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tobias thrives on motivating himself and others beyond the limits of convention. Tobias is passionate about being part of a community that fosters creativity, critical thought, hard work and fun…a perfect fit with CrossFit PE.

If you need more than 5 classes but less than unlimited then the 10 Pack is perfect for you. These sessions never expire.

The perfect number of classes if you are just visiting Portland and need to get your sweat on or simply relax with our slowed down Yoga classes.
